Harald Kuhr 544d60dabb TMI-JPEG: Fixed ICC profile issue. Now applies profiles when it should. 
Profiles with bad indexes are now ignored on read.
Added support for JPEG-LS SOF55 segment (no further JPEG-LS support)
Added class documentation.
