Made EXIFReader more lenient while parsing.
...
- Now supports empty strings encoded with value count 0.
- Added Rational.NaN constant to handle bad EXIF data.
Fixed a bug in the JPEGImageReader's raw EXIF thumbnail decoding.
Added test cases.
